Amigurumi : Bumble Bee.

Okay, This is my first time making crochet pattern, and this is my 2^nd amigurumi figure.. so, please bear with me =))

Materials:

Whatever yarn

Head: light yellow/cream

Body : Yellow and dark brown

Eyes & Wings: White,

Hook 1 – 2

2 black buttons for eyes.

Abbreviation

Ch : chain

Rnd : Round

Sl : slip stitch

Hdc : half double crochet.

St : stitch

Head.

Start : 2 ch

Rnd 1 : 12 hdc inside 2^nd chain from the hook, join using sl with 1^st ch.

Rnd 2 : 2 ch, 2 times hdc to each st, join with sl

Rnd 3 : 2 ch, *1hdc to the first st, 2 to the next st* repeat until the last st then, join with sl.

Rnd 4 : 2 ch, *1 hdc – 1 hdc – 2 hdc in the 3^rd* repeat until the last st, then join as before.

Rnd 5 : Ch 2, hdc in each st around, join.

Rnd 6 : ch 2 *1 hdc – 1 hdc – skip one st* repeat until last st. Join.

(stuff the head with – well whatever before continuing)

Rnd 7 : ch 2 *1hdc – skip one st* repeat until last st. Join.

Fasten off

Body :

Start : 2 ch (use yellow yarn first)

Rnd 1 : 12 hdc inside 2^nd chain from the hook, join using sl with 1^st ch.

Rnd 2 : 2 ch, 2 times hdc to each st, join with sl (change with brown)

Rnd 3 : 1 hdc to each st.

Rnd4 : 1 hdc to each st. (change with yellow)

Rnd5 : 1 hdc to each st

(stuff the body with – well whatever before continuing)

Rnd6 : ch 2 *1hdc – skip one st* repeat until last st. Join. (change with brown)

Rnd7 : ch 2 *1hdc – skip one st* repeat until last st. Join.

Fasten off

Eyes:

Make two times

Start : 2 ch

Rnd 1 : 12 hdc inside 2^nd chain from the hook, join using sl with 1^st ch.

Fasten off

Wings:

Make two times

Start : 2 ch

Rnd 1 : 12 hdc inside 2^nd chain from the hook, join using sl with 1^st ch.

Rnd 2 : 2 ch, 2 times hdc to each st, join with sl

Fasten off.

Then assembly the whole parts according to the picture.
